Good songs or funny stories. According to songwriter Joey Macphail, all of life’s mishaps lead to one or the other.

Luckily, she has both in spades.

A joyous performer, her lyrics balance earnestness and humour to tell our own stories of love and heartbreak. As she weaves between moving love songs and cathartic foot-stompers, Joey Mac will take you on a ride, and leave you with a warm glow on your way home when it’s all over.
