PRIVATE HIRE

Our inimitable charm and laid-back vibe make us the perfect choice for hosting a private event.

Give those dancing feet a rest and secure a cosy spot for the evening in one of our areas or booths, or hire the entire venue for complete exclusivity.

 

From birthdays to wedding to corporate affairs, we cater for the wild, the wonderful and everything in between.

Here at The Lucky Pig, quality service is at the backbone of everything we do.

 

Our team understand the importance of getting a party function right. Whether it be a full on knees-up or a slightly more sober affair, every party has a unique set of requirements. It's crucial that these are met.

MINIMUM SPEND 

We work on a minimum spend basis only and do not charge hire fees. The minimum spend covers all staff and security for your event all night.

ENTERTAINMENT

We work with an extensive number of DJ's, solo artists and bands as well as magicians, photographers and other entertainers and can organise this for you.  

Alternatively, you can bring your own DJ, band or entertainment and we don't charge for use of any of our audio or visual equipment. 

FOOD AND DRINK 

We provide drinks packages to suit all budgets and tastes and work with the host to create the most suitable options tailored for your party. 

All our food can be eaten in your fingers, and we can cater for any dietary requirements. We have extensive canapé options; serve artisan pizza to suit all tastes, as well as sharing platters nibbles and fries. With personalised, specific menus for your guests, and cocktails created just for your group. 

PERSONAL TOUCHES

Let us create a personalised menu for your chosen food and drink, for your event. Printed and framed just for your party. Let our mixologists create special and unique cocktails to suit your tastes, or add the personal touch by renaming our signature drinks. 

LATE LICENCE AVAILABLE 

We are lucky enough to benefit from a late licence already, but we can extend our closing hours further, to give you that extra time to celebrate. Up to a 4am finish available, seven days a week. 

HOW IT WORKS

The following process allows us to learn about what our clients need from an event and ensure that we provide exactly that. It also allows you to learn a bit more about our services and approach to delivering the perfect evening.

CONSULTATION

A face-to-face or TEAMS meeting to discuss what you would want from your night and how we would go about achieving it. 

RECOMMENDATION

We will make a range of recommendations based on our experience, your requirements and your budget.

BOOKING

Once we have all of the details of the event ironed out we will book you in. This too can be done remotely or at the venue.

TASTING

We can organise tastings for food and drink and viewings of the venue too.
